Return & Exchange Process

We support return and exchange within 30 days from you receiving your order.

Step 1: Please contact our customer service center through email at customer@dshining.com, The processing return or exchange usually takes 2–3 days from the day we receive your request. We will email you once your request has been processed.

Step 2: After your return/exchange request is approved, please return the item and send us the tracking number within 7 days.

Step 3: After we receive the returned item, we will process refund or send to you a new Item with an updated tracking number within 3-5 business days.

Return and Exchange Shipping Costs

If Dshining is responsible for the issue, such as incorrect Item or quality problem or damage, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a full refund or an exchange. Once we receive the item, we will provide a full refund (including shipping cost) or resend a new item for free at our expense. In such cases, we will take care of all return shipping costs, which will be paid to you by our PayPal.

If the customer has ordered an incorrect size, color or change mind and simply wants to exchange the item, all return & exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please note: shipping cost cannot be refunded in such cases.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit card via PayPal, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.

Order Change or Cancellation

We support order change or cancel the order before it is shipped. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change or cancel it, you can wait patiently until you receive the item to contact us to exchange or return it.
